Ashoka Yog Sanskriti Gurukulam (AYS Gurukulam), is a Yoga & Holistic Health Centre including, Alternative Therapies, Teaching, Training, Healings, and Spiritual Education. Located in the World's Yoga Capital, Rishikesh, Uttrakhand-India, Founded in 2020, by Mr. Anmol Kumar, a Master in Yoga from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar.
Core Philosophy, Aims & Approach:
The institution operates on the principles of Traditional Yoga and Healing Systems under “Gurukul Parampara”, a time-honoured Indian Educational System, where knowledge is shared in a nurturing, family-like environment & where traditional Vedic wisdom blends with modern therapeutic practices
The School’s Motto, ‘One Step towards Holistic Health’, reflects its commitment to work on all the dimensions of an individual health, including Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual Health (Mind-Body-Soul correlation). Unlike many standard Yoga Centres, AYS Gurukulam focuses Holistic Development of the individual, integrating physical fitness with psychological and spiritual healing. Our objective is not only to promote a disease free society, but also to encourage people living a natural & holistically healthy life.
